change in law martin mentioned on radio 2 today

Options
plz move if this is in wrong place, but can martin or someone please tell me where i would find out more about the change in law reagarding credit scoring/debt when people live at same address.

I beleive the case used to be if someone with bad debts lived at your address then it affected the other occupants, i understand from what martin said today that this is no longer the case.

Where will i find out more about this? as i my bf is wanting to move in with me but has just come out of a trust deed in feb 06 with a previous debt of 40K!!! so im a little concerned it may affect me.

And i shall be taking martins advice and keeping our accounts separate if i agree to him moving in.

great show today martin...

thanks loops x
