    Snags,
    I have been really good all week but just reached for the crisps before I thought about it-I am going to sit and enjoy tonight with the kids-DD has a friend round and we are going to have a bit of a feast and watch BGT and enjoy, then back on track tomorrow.

    I am NOT going to beat myself up about it either.

    Exactly. I think it's just that 'everyone' is there - children, 'our' friends etc etc and K is so so far away too. I'd better not have any more wine otherwise I'll get even more maudlin.

    Have a nice day to look forward to tomorrow - my nephew's first Communion. Just hope it stays dry.
