    Hi Buffy,

Missed catching up with you. It is cleaning your face with a mix of castor oil (10-30%) and olive oil or sunflower seed oil. Should help blocked pores etc (oh boy, do I have those!).

Just off to DH's friends's BBQ. Am dressed in old T shirt so I can wear sun cream without worrying! Makes me look hideously fat tho

Have emailed the Marmite and Bovril people to see if it's gluten free, cos if it is I can use Bovril as a base for stews

Phew, had to come in from the garden as it is too hot out there for my fair skin! Just going to ASDA to get a disposable BBQ and bits - well it's got to be done on a day like this (and my BBQ is full of weeds and rusted from someone  not cleaning it after using it last time!)

Hi all. I'm watching the French Open ladies' final. Been out and about but should really stick a wash or two on as I think it's forecast rain here tomorrow. I hope not as DD1 and DS are going to the Summertime Ball at Wembley and it will be a shame if it's tipping down.
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

really....it's not hard to understand :T

WBF I LOVE the stuff, but I can't have it unless it's gluten-free

Been out for home alone supplies. - Ben & Jerry's Half Baked, 2 bottles Savannah, Cous sous and lamb burgers for dinner...

Flat isn't as ship shape as I'd planned but progress has definitely been made and that will need to be enough cos I'm fed up of it now. Shall plod on with the rest of it through the week ready for my visitor on Friday:D

Going to chill for half an hour then start grooming - dry scrub skin, bath and hair mask followed by shower, epilate ( new toy:eek:), pedi & mani, knot hair for loose waves, tidy eyebrows and then relax:D
