Greetings,
I had an email over the weekend offering a "complimentary personalised express facial consultation" at L'Occitane, with free mini treats afterwards. I've just rung to make my appointment and it turns out that you get a 20-30 minute chat and a load of samples tailored to your skintype.
Linky here, ring your local store to book for tomorrow, Wednesday or Thursday. They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

Well I've just got back and it was great- lovely herbal tea and chat about cleansers and serums... The samples are epic: eight different things totalling about £14 (based on retail prices). I am one happy bunny today

Also had my consultation, and I loved it, the herbal tea, lovely facial, and got a beautiful L'occitane cosmetic bag with £30 worth of freebies in it, I did buy a moisturiser tho for £30, but got a free cleanser with it worth £14.50 and also 20% discount as a VIP so ended up paying £23.60, I am so impressed, lovely staff and fantastic products, I shall definitely be going back.building_with_lego wrote: »Well I've just got back and it was great- lovely herbal tea and chat about cleansers and serums... LOVE isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live WITHOUT

We went into the Bath store yesturday- the girls were lovely and we (myself and a friend) had both booked in one after the other and it was lovely, we drank some tea- not overly keen on camomile normally makes me feel sick (I drink other herbal teas) but this one was ok
was lovely atmosphere and very soft sell but I think I might end up going back for a tub of their shea butter stuff- my range they said would be that but my friends was the new range and the serum they recommended for her was £69! ouch but their products are v good and I'm going to use the samples to see how my skin goes and might end up going back- might be a costly freebie
I got 7 samples whereas my friend got 8- either i was missing one (the night cream) or they popped it in as an extra.
Either way lovely store, lovely staff and we even got a mini face massage with it

Went to the Glasgow branch today. Being offered a cup of tea. Lovely. Served by Thomas and given 3 samples only (2 sachets and a wee bottle of cleansing milk). A bit disappointed as I was expecting more samples after the consultation.0

Thanks OP! Was a very pleasant experiences, SA offered me cup of berry herbal tea, talked me through the products she was using and offered samples, gave great skincare advice and I ended up buying a £5 starter pack of 3 products! Took about 30 mins
Noticed there were some skincare consultation cards so think this might be a running offer.0 -
Don't both going to Bluewater. I went, had a 10 min slap on cream and no samples :-(0

Had mine done a couple of weeks ago and it was lovely , going to wait a while to go back in for another one as the lady who does them will probably remember me!
