As the sun is shining thought I would pick the above today. I intend to freeze them. Can someone please advise as to whether they should be frozen whole or best cut and stoned. Do they need to be blanched or anything or just frozen.
Many thanks.

If it was me I would stone then and then freeze them. Thats how I do plums, so it should work for Damsons and greengages.

I think stoned fruit will go bitter if they are frozen with the stones still in them.0
