Just to warn you this is a new service and it looks like they haven't perfected it yet.
My Tropico 3 asks for a serial number when it starts up, and everybody else seems to have the same problem. However other games such as Trine are working ok. I have emailed Support and hopefully it will be fixed soon.
EDIT: It apears they have removed Tropico 3 from the catalogue while they sort out the problem. Everything else is still available.0
