To all the non-BMW owners, could you please refrain from using 'our' lane on the outside of the motorway - you're getting in our way.

Although I like Mercs, but I will not buy them or BMWs due to the rear wheel drives - getting stuck in snow.

So one of your buying requirements is that the car won't get stuck in all that East Midlands snow?

To the OP, thanks for posting this, its a good bit of 'free' assurance to go with anyone looking for a replacement car.

Yes, There is a hill on my way to work which does not get treated, the only cars that I have seen get stuck there, were Mercs & BMWs.
My common marque car manages that stretch without getting stuck.

BMW stands for Broke My Wallet or Brings Me Women. Rear wheel drive cars lack grip in the wet and the snow, everyone knows that.

to be fair we have a BMW and my dh rarely indicates and has to be in front all the time! I, on the other hand always indicate!

our car got stuck a few times in the snow earlier this year.
Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.

wins - peroni bottle opener, peroni bowl, peroni coastersx2 and a vodkat cocktail kit,
would love to win something 'proper'!!
