Hi...think its just a case of misunderstanding the purpose of that thread.

Got me at a bad time...been feeling quite down tonight...ever have those days where you `paint ` on a happy face?....when inside you feel yourself sinking? ...or is that just me?

Its good thanks....getting to grips with the routine & hopefully it`ll settle over the next few weeks.
