    evening all!

    ohhhhhh it's sooooo good to be home :D have felt dreadful all day...chilled out night watching tv glued to the sofa....

    curly glad your cats are ok :D they forget very quickly especially when cuddles or food are concerned!

    I've got my jacket spuds in the oven - didn't start them off in the microwave tonight like them oven cooked.
    Im becoming an adult only took 32 years
    i've been feeling good today but had no junk food for a few days

    glad you've been feeling good, you've done really well on the junk :D

    apart from the cold i've felt a lot better since cutting the crap out, my head has been better. don't much feel like a takeaway now anyway! (ok, maybe i do a bit :D)

    Just having a bit of butter (light clover) i love mash so might just mash it all up :D

    I've got the shakes and really bad cravings for chocolate & pepsi - but I will get over it and i really want a lamb kebab!

    I hope your ok - get an early night and tell Mr C to run round after you
