I've had no junk food since Monday, (well I'll allowed a bag of crisp a day but better than the 3 bags I was eating) No Chocolate, No Digetives, No Fizzy Pop, No take away!

I dont know what I'm having for tea - was to scared to get anything out of the freezer!
