    like you say it more likely a 1 off

    (he was drilling to 10pm last night - i didnt mind to much as he only move in on wednesday and now this - hope it isn't a thing of things to come

    i know you don't need it....and believe me i understand it's horrible

    i hope it's a one off...hopefully he will settle down after making a fool of himself first weekend in...
