OH ladies
how do you cook a spud in the microwave (I've only ever used it for bean or soup)
Tonight Im having Lamb Chop and Jacket Spud for tea - it would take to long in the oven so someone said start it off in the microwave, didn't have the heart to say how?Total Weight Loss - 28lb and countingAD 17/11/20100 -

I start mine off for about 15 mins in the micro
just !!!!! skin, put on some kitchen roll and put in micro - maybe do 7 mins then turn it over and them put in for another 8 (obv less time if it is not so big)
Then I wrap mine in tin foil with a bit of olive oil and salt rubbed over the skin - lush!
