i've just been to the flat
I've washed all the bottom kitchen cupboard out, my mate did the top ones yesterday, I've put away everything kitchen that is over there so about 70% done. Then scrubed all the sides. But I can't get the grease off the hob or the tiles so any tips would be helpful

And I've unpacked all the bathroom stuff - dont think I need to buy toiletress for about 3 -4 months but it all fits lovely in the cupboard

and I've not gone over 1800 carories today - cutting down in steps just to drop to 1200 would kill me. Dad said I should go back to Slimming World instead

How was your roast dinner ???
