thank you huni, i've done it without trying as you know so now I am going to try.

Thin for Christmas, no wonder that dress didnt fit me when it arrived, I think I should get on the scales a little more often than once in a while. had to use 3 lots and pay £1 at boots to confirm it

im happier

plus since i've left him ive only had 1 day of sick in 4 months and that was for sun stoke
when he was here it was 2-3 days per month
