Hi Angie....Honey I`ve been trying to log on but think MSE is acting a bit odd tonight.

Take it easy on yourself & cry if you want too...it really is the best medicine....except try & not drip on the keyboard...not a good look

I still have bad dreams I think it comes from heightened emotional state that makes us more sensitive & thus the brain goes into overdrive. You have been through so much & its so hard to rationalise the emotional.

I think my insomnia comes from staying awake to avoid the dreams.

I am usually online in the night if you need to chat then send me a PM.
