    Thanks hun - it is on with two agents (one of which is Mr Loos but not his office) but it is the other agents who has the offer and I personally think as they are one of the larger agencies they have to get people through the door and I think they are sending round people who can't afford to pay the full asking (probably saying o the vendor will accept an offer)

    Anyhoo off to see Shrek on Sunday with Mr Looloos and the little loos (or portaloos for wishes)
