Going looking at it at weekend its £140 less than I am paying now, but no car share as way out of the way, and no money off OH for storage so might be worse off - so just trying to work it out.

Plus its first floor and the letting agent can't remember if there is a walk in shower or not but it sounds lovely

its just as near but no where near where I am now

I've worked it out I will about £17 a month better off, and I dont have to relay on ex to give me money each month to help me pay the bills
