hey, i was weighed this morning, lost a pound, which takes me to 7lb in total, half a stone :j:j:jafter i was weighed i sat down and thought about that half a stone and had tears in my eyes. am having to exercise control 100% of the time, but if it comes off even at a pound a week then i'm happy...

thanks m'dear only a pound this week, but it has soon added up and quite a milestone today

lovely day thanks, went to Llandudno, there is a cable car that goes up the Great Orme, we went on that, took a picnic had that at the top and a little walk

Planned all our dinners for next week and the shopping list to hit tescos tomorrow after daughters fracture clinic appt, so fun day, not !!
