I've got some one the go - that boat sank - things is I stopped buying because I couldn't afford it - but other people keep buying it for me - Im so lucky

Make a sandwich as normal without the butter on the inside, gently heat a small frying pan, butter the outside of oneside, place this on the frying pan butterside down, butter the opposite side whilst the underneath is toasting, turn when desired colour is reached. Wait for the opposite side to toast - a perfect toastie. I got that from Rachel Allen, that cook from ireland!!0
