Afternoon all, Just catching up whilst eating my cheese and ham toastie, while the kids wreck my living room!!!!

I've got some one the go - that boat sank - things is I stopped buying because I couldn't afford it - but other people keep buying it for me - Im so lucky :D

Mum and dad's for tea - daddy sorting me out that sim card then bed time I think

If - the toastie is good, especially as i make it in the frying pan.

Make a sandwich as normal without the butter on the inside, gently heat a small frying pan, butter the outside of oneside, place this on the frying pan butterside down, butter the opposite side whilst the underneath is toasting, turn when desired colour is reached. Wait for the opposite side to toast - a perfect toastie. I got that from Rachel Allen, that cook from ireland!!
