I was doing so well sticking to my diet all week

They are all the people I work with (well some have left)
We had a great time, there was loads of walking about, so I went to sit on the bench and they all came with me
there was some awful steps - lots of and the lads helpped me up and down them
there was 7 of us staying at the same hotel so get a mini bus back and the lads help me in and out, couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people
