Is there ever a circumstance in which you can get a CCJ removed from your file?

My credit reference agency reports should be hitting the doormat any day now.
I positively expect to see the foul little letters CCJ on it somewhere (although I can't be sure till it lands in the hall).
I would like to know is there EVER a circumstance in which a CCJ will be removed from your file?

If you paid the ccj within a month of it being issued then it should be removed
Otherwise unless it was issued in error or there is something wrong with it then it will not be removed for 6 years.
I am currently disputing a ccj which was sneakily issued against me while the account was in dispute0
