I only found out about Stardrops a couple of months ago, i was cleaning up at my Grandads in Scotland and he had it under the sink, tried it out on an oven pan with about 4 months burnt, hardened grease on it, after about 2 hours soak and a scrub it all came off, good as new! Been a convert since then.
Did see some stardrops on offer on Approved Food website a couple of weeks ago, don't know if it's still there or not though! :-)0 -
Hi LJM,
I've added your thread to the existing one on where to find stardrops to keep the replies together.

It's not on the website but my local large store sold it. Although I am disappointed to see that it wasn't anywhere to be seen last week
I can't live without it! Apart from the cost (although this has been creeping up and up) I don't need 3 different cleaners for the houseI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

On ASDA website at moment - £1.61 through my supermarket.
But it is so hard to get hold of these days - I thought it must have been withdrawn at least three times.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
If ti's showing up in the pound shops this suggest to me that it's about to be either rebranded or repackaged. I hope this means that it's not about to be discontinued or there will be marching in the streets0

I have completely run out and am struggling to find some. In Home Bargains I found the spray bottle for 99p, but there is no way I was buying that as I can make about 20 spray bottles from a regular bottle.
The only place I have been able to find it was asda for 1.88!!!!! I couldn't bring myself to buy it at that price, but I will have to get some soon. I have one spray bottle made up in the kitchen (bathroom one almost empty), but I use it to wash my floors, so I need the neat stuff too.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
(he points to some plastic cows on the table) are very small; those (pointing at some cows out of the window) are far away...:D:D

My Asda has a big bottle at £2.88 or something, and a wee glass one at £1-odd. I just have to get it because there's nowhere else.0
