Hi all,
Could really do with some advice.
A few years ago i had an agreement in place that i paid £20 a month on my CC and the interest was froze, i recently received a letter saying this was coming to an end, i rang the number on the letter to say my circumstances hadn't changed and that i cant afford to pay more.
They weren't interested and have now started to charge me interest again, my outstanding balance was £3851 but now they have charged interest it is now £3903.
Can anyone give me some advice what to do to freeze interest again, should i talk to my bank or call the number again.
Any help appreciated.
ps i should also state i am currently signed off sick with depression so dont have much money to my self.

They don't have to freeze the interest and so unfortunately are entitled to start charging it again.
I would firstly suggest that you write a 'please reconsider letter'. You'll find a template in the letters section of the national debtline website.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Hi I know nothing about any of it but I wanted to say...
That's disgusting, legal or not! I'm sorry they're being like that."I, on the other hand, am a fully rounded human being with a degree from the university of life, a diploma from the school of hard knocks, and three gold stars from the kindergarten of getting the sh*t kicked out of me." ~ Capt.
