    What does "bad credit" mean??

If you have missed payments before, can you really see ANYONE wanting to give you even more money knowing you aren't going to repay it??

Why would you make a special case for these guys (and repay them) if you have kicked all the others in the nuts??

It is going to be hard to get a loan on poor credit. Your best bet is too check with your own bank, but chances are slim.

Unfortunately there are plenty of companies out there who will offer you a loan but will attach various T&C's such as being given full free will to recover the money by any means if it is looking even slightly likely you may not keep up payments. And you will sign these before you get the loan, so will have no recourse if they raid your account or sell your debt to another company.

Its the standard 'up front fee' scam, read about them here (see the variants section):

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advance-fee_fraud

then try to show a little basic common sense and avoid similar scams in future :)

You don't stand a hope in hell of getting your money back.... nor the money you may have wired to the corrup Nigerian official who is set to wire £6million onto your bank account :T
