My husband is self employed as well as working full time. He has a seperate bank account for which he pays for a his driving instructor car and car insurance from this each month (car is £200 and insurance is £30). I haven't listed this above as not sure if it needs to be seperate or not?

He doesn't really have a turnover at present as just money he makes at present pays for the car and insurance so company currently at a loss or just ticking over. Any advice if I should include this and how, or if it just goes on his SOA?

The only other thing which I have forgotten to put on there is my exercise group I go to which I suppose is classed as entertainment for £20 per month, is this cheeky putting it on there I mean we can barely afford it so I shouldn't do it to be honest?!

Thanks in advance,

Also, where abouts do I list all of the individual stuff as on the SOA form online it gives you space to put about 5 things like mortgage, water, council tax etc and then a box to add other essentials. Do I just add it in here? I expected to see a form like this list above with everything mentioned?

    Thanks

yes i have the same problem, will the online forms be accepted in court on the day or do you need offical ones at the court to fill in and hand in? i,m filling mine in on "the insolvency service" online, will this be fine to just print off and hand in ?

Yes, you will need to print off 3 copies of form 6.27 and 6.28. Take them to the court, but do not sign them until you are told to by the clerk of the court.

Before looking at your SOA can I just ask if you are going to try to stay in the house or will you rent before you go BR? At the moment your housing costs are rather high.
