I have a unsecured loan and my mortgage with Halifax / Bank of Scotland.
Can I transfer the amount outstanding on my loan to my mortgage and pay this off over the remainder of the time left?
I want to make one payment to HBOS rather than two seperate.
Thanks for your responses!

Best idea is to phone them and ask.
What's the amount outstanding on your mortgage, the level of loan, and a realistic valuation for your house. Do you have an Early Repayment Charge on your mortgage? what's your salary and are there any problems with your credit file?0 -
You will need to apply for a further advance. No point in us speculating on it as we don't know LTV, amounts etc.0
