Your bank statements, showing no income going in would establish that, wouldn't they? If it's a joint account, then a payslip to 'prove' that it's her income not yours. But really, the student loans people are the the ones to ask, they know what 'evidence' they will accept.
Although we'll say again, there's no reason why you should not sign on since you are now actively seeking work.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

From further investigation it seems like a signed letter from her saying she's supporting me is sufficient as evidence. Not sure what they then do from there. Having spoken to her, even if they then made her make repayments for me they'd not be much (I'd be able to give her the money for those each month easily enough) so panic over I suppose. Will ring their call centre on Monday to check though.
I'm going to sign on this week as well

Thank goodness for that. I'm sure the hassle of signing on will inspire your search for work ...Signature removed for peace of mind0

I can't wait...

Think the reality of just how hard it is going to be to find work has well and truly hit home this week, so the hassle of signing on might even be a welcome distraction. Reserve the right to retract that in due course...0
