Changing hours & Holiday entitlement?

I currently work 16 hours a week over five days but will be changing to working two full days (Thursday & Friday) plus one hour on a Monday to touch base with other office staff.
Could someone please clarify will my holiday entitlement change and how do bank holidays work as my work partner will be doing three days working Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday so will benifit from the bank holidays more than i will? :cool:

your holiday entitlemnet should remain the same 16 hrs pw as for the bank holidays if you are contracted to work just 1 hour and it falls on a b/h then presumably you would get the going rate for that hour
i work 7.5 hrs on a monday so i get double time[15 hrs] and a day in lieu someone who only works 4 hrs will still get double time[8 hrs] and a day in lieu but it will be for 4 hrs.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Your holidays should be prorata to the full time holidays including the bank holidays.
Probably easiest to do based on hours.
Mondays that are bank holidays you use one hour any other Bank holiday that falls on a work day you take those hours of the quota.
Holidays use up hours as taken.0
