If my wife is not using her complete over 65 allowance, can I share the shortfall with her against my income?

No, personal allowances are just that - personal and not transferable. There may be some scope to transfer assets into your wife's name so that she sues her allowances against the income from those assets.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
