The purpose of this is to share with others what I have surplus. Just send a stamped address envelope and I can post them on to you.
Who knows this may catch on. Email me, with your name and address, if you have surplus seeds that you would like to give away.
Angelica Seed
Angelica seed from this year. I started the seeds off in the green house in March this year, planting out when it was 5” high. Angelica can be crystallised, or you can use the leaves to flavour custards, also excellent with fish.
Fennel
Use when making curry, or can be put on your home made bread, prior to baking.
