Sorry if this is in the wrong area.. but i want to be debt free.
Now, i want to reclaim excessive Credit Card and Bank charges that i've been charged over the years. My question is- how far back can i claim?
I've found some useful templates of letters on the internet.. and the credit card one seems to suggest that (this is UK) i can find out what i have been charged over the last 6 years via the Data Protection Act 1998.. but i want to go back further, to when i was a student and the banks were ripping me to pieces.
Any advice welcome.
