Tesco currently have Maynards 600g boxes of Wine Gums and liquorice Allsorts half price at £1.97 and £2 respectively.

Online and instore until 22nd June 2010 so ideal for fathers day

I'm pretty sure I saw them for the same price in Morrisons yesterday, so they will probably be a similar price in most shops.

These sweets seem to go up during the year, then drop to around £1.99 at certain times, such as xmas, easter etc.

Same with the tins of chocs, the shops don't seem to have them most of the year, then they appear a couple of months before xmas at a tenner a tin, then a month before xmas they are half price at around a fiver a tin.

Now all I have to do is resist the temptation to buy a few boxes. This is always hard because I love Wine Gums and Liquorice Allsorts, and my brain keeps telling me I will die if I don't buy them and eat the whole box myself.
