first time buyer - ing direct

Hi guys,

this is my first post i just found this site .

I want to purchase a house and i am thinking of the following deal

ING DIRECT Lifetime Tracker mortgage 2.49% (variable) LTV 60%

I have the following questions :

Does this tracker mean i am locked in with ing direct until i finish the mortgage ?

Does anyone know if ing direct would allow me to put lodgers in ? (might be working aboard in about 6months time)


I would really appreciate your thoughts guys

The clue is in the title "lifetime".

If its your home , are you sure that want "lodgers" if you are away? Or are you considering Consent to Let? This may mean you have to change your mortgage options.
