Interview Questions ??

My son has an interview for a admin assistant at a family centre , i was wondering what kind of questions he might be asked ? any advice would be gratefully accepted.

    Look at the subjects covered in the person spec - the panel will be testing as many of those items as possible.

    One thing that is very hot at the moment is Child Protection.

    While I wouldn't expect him to know much about it or to know who is the dedicated person within the centre I would expect something along the lines of 'I would pass my concerns onto the person dedicated to deal with child protection issues as soon as possible to let the experts in this field deal with the it they see fit.'
