Dont forget that at this time of year they are usually very busy so maybe give them a bit of time. I ordered mine last week and was starting to wonder where they were and they came today - all 600 of them so if yours are taking a long time you can blame me !!!!!:rotfl::rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

If anyone is complaining about the free offers not turning up on time, it's because they're being swamped (a lot by us I bet :rolleyes:) & simply cannot cope with the sheer volume. It's a wonder their site hasn't crashed!!

So have some patience & give them a chance guys. They are free after all, so isn't it unfair to expect 'express' service? Think about the majority of orders they do get right. We are all very quick to judge & criticise rather than praise.

However, if your paid for orders are not turning up as promised, then you may have every reason to complain.

I've ordered 3-4 times from them & overall I've been very satisfied. They did mess up one order (overcharged) but made it up to me when I complained - it may take longer than expected to sort out but they get there in the end . G

I appreciate what you are saying, but they have done this promotion to entice people to use there site and hopefully get repeat custom, however if there are long delays they it can backfire and they wont get repeat custom as people will think it it too slow.

A email advising they were behind due to demand wouldnt go amis to reasure customers, i emailed 2 days ago and heard nothing.

Nothing arrived today, gave them a ring and there is a problem with the order it has got "stuck" they didnt bother to tell me, would have been nice, no reply to the email yet either :rolleyes:

Apparently they are gonna be sent out today first class and some credits put on my account.

Got my order today... not great quality, the pics are pretty dark and a few of them have sort of a dark glow over it (hard to explain, but it's an obvious printing error because it spreads across only half the pics). Glad I got to try this free though, wouldn't use them if I had to pay!
