can i sell any future equity to a family member

is it possible to sell any future equity in my property to another family member to avoid my creditors taking it when i eventually sell the house.the house is at present in negative equity,i am paying interest only and will have to sell when the morgage term ends,i am unemployed due to ill health , any help with this will be very much appreciated.:j

You can sell future equity. Though the funds you receive should be paid over to your existing creditors. So not sure this gets you very far. As your creditors will still have first charges on the property.0
