Homebase Application Form

Hi I've got an application for for homebase i'ts one of those where they say that there are no right or wong answers but I've had these before with tescos and Asda -and I've not got anywhere can anyone give me a few tips please.

If you answer what you THINK they want to hear, you'll soon get found out if you get a face to face interview...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

Have you worked in a shop before? Do you have DIY knowledge or gardening expertise? Have you any hobbies with skills you can transfer to the workplace? Try and think about what you know, what you can do, and how you can make it useful to a DIY store employer. They are looking for people with some knowledge plus customer care skills. Have you worked with the public before, and did you enjoy it? I'm sure you'll be able to think of some skills and work experience that would benefit Homebase if they were to employ you.
