Asian Supermarkets-How Do I Find One?

Options
Hi All,

I keep hearing mention of Asian Supermarkets being great places to buy things in bulk.ie.vinegar etc. Can anyone tell me how I go about finding one near to me? Is there a chain of them?

Many Thanks,
Allison.

Seriously, try going to https://www.yell.com, and putting 'asian supermarket', 'asian stores', and 'asian food' into the company name box and see what you come up with. I did a quick look, and using 'asian food' found a couple in Milton Keynes and High Wycombe. If you tell us what towns are within a reasonable distance of you, someone is bound to know the exact location of some.

If you aren't near any areas with large asian populations you might have a hard time finding an asian grocers. There will be some in Wycombe and I think there are some in Watford near the Vic but generally Bucks is a pretty white area. If it is particularly white vinegar you are after and you are in South Bucks you could try Hings, the chinese fish and chip shop in Waterside, Chesham. It is also the best fish and chip shop for miles around and I highly recommend it. If you are on the Met-line or chiltern line the easiest option might well be to go into London. Brick Lane for asian grocers or Chinatown for Oriental grocers.
