Is this the company you have used to set up the IVA or are they someone you have a debt with? :think:0 -
I think once you have signed a IVA with an insolvency practitioner they will then put the propsal of payment to your creditors and as long as a majority or a certain percentage of your creditors agree to it it will stand.DFW Nerd no. 177
