Living Life to The Full On-line is a powerful new life skills resource. The course has been written by a psychiatrist who has many years of experience using a Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) approach and also in helping people use these skills in everday life. During the development phase of the course, each module has been used by a wide range of health care practitioners and members of the public. Joining and using the site is entirely free - with thanks to sponsorship from the Centre for Change and Innovation at the Scottish Executive Health Department.

And it speaks to you too!The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.0

It's an online course to help people who have low self-esteem. A major factor in depression. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is one of the most effective treatments for depression but usually you have to wait to get on a course. This online course enables people to start consider the negative ways they think may about themselves and replace those negative thoughts with more positive ones.MinniMe wrote:What exactly is this?
It's a free course so well worth a trial. You probably would find it better to work with a trained CBT professional but while you are waiting this is a constructive and useful resource to investigate. I've linked to it before on depression related threads. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

I highly recommend this site - I've used it and found it very useful. I still use the CBT sheets that I printed out off it.
