Hi all, probably will have answered my own question by the end of this question lol. but any way we opened up our new cashminder account (love it) and moved all our direct debts from natwest over, well on the 28th it was the 1st time natwest couldnt take their loan paymant, we were already at the overdraft limit and i think it went £5 over from something they allowed to come out.... o thats right it was their monthly fee of £12 for their advantage gold account grrr... anyway will they keep adding on their overpayment fees? to be honest i'm not bothered were just biding our time until 4th Aug when we have our court date. will we just get the usual phone calls and letters, i recieved onetoday to tell me they couldnt take it hahahaa.
Still havent answered a phone call from the creditors :rotfl:

What happens now
You prepair to start the rest of your life
Since I've gone BR I have money left at the end of the month - not a lot only between £10 - £20 quid - depends how cold it is and how much gas used, but its still money at the end of the day
I've become if I dont need it I dont have it kinda person. It does make me laugh people wanting to get credit again so soon, I've even scared to sign a 12 month contact for a BT phone line.
But that's just me I suppose!
Good luck with everything,
