Where's the ignore button gone?

There's a couple more trolls I'd like to add but I can't find the ignore button anymore. You used to click on their username and their profile had an 'add to ignore list' button, but it's gone. Even manually trying to copy and paste their username into the field doesn't work as an error comes up to say this username is not on database.
Any ideas?
