I just wanted to say with regards my IVA.
The OR wanted to know how long and how much I had been paying into my IVA. I had missed 2 payments in 8 months and he wanted to know why I couldn't afford to pay into this anymore. Basically I was using some of my rent money for one month to buy food and then paying it the following month. He wanted to know if I was in arrears with any utility bills or taken out any credit. The answer to both questions was no and so he wanted to know how I had managed; the reason was because my Mum gave me the money and so he has put my Mum into my BR.0 -
