yes sorry 403! i cant type or think properly! i just tried to claim and it said the code had already been claimed so i have emailed them i'm sure this has happened to someone else will check throught the thread now!

That happened to me too, you'll get an email from someone at an email address @breath-e.com, they'll ask you to confirm your code and details. They'll tell you that someone will be in touch soon to arrange delivery and then you'll get a call to arrange delivery (usually for the next day). Hope it turns up soon
