Next furniture returns

I bought a bed from Next online in April. It is unbareably creaky. It wasn't immediately after assembly, but a few weeks later it started. Any ideas where I stand with money back / returning? It's a metal bedstead - I think that if they gave me a replacement it would be the same so I'd rather money back or pick a new model.
