Arghhh made £140 and can't use it on luxuries

Always the way isn't it....

OH has been on sick pay for 3 weeks, he did his back in. So only got like £130 a week when where used to him bringing home like £300 + most of the time.

So where down quite a bit of money, so I decided to spend the last week and a bit taking my time to list things for sale on gumtree and local paper.

I've made £140 at the moment with the possibility of another £20 and such a shame we can't use the money to do something nice with. Instead its been used to get by.

So far sold:

- Bird cage £15
- Spare bed £30 (that was used to put petrol in the car for the week)
- LG mobile £40 (thats not been used yet)
- Nokia mobile/2 sim 3 games £55 (only just sold tonight)

But great feeling none the less to know if you spend sometime on listing things etc they do sell.

Hi, Well done on making the money. I know that feeling, have managed to make a fair bit myself but sadly its all going on bills as im not receiving much pay at the moment. It is nice to know you have made some cash though. Always a good feeling.
