    Answer is:

    15.039 divided by 52, multiplied by 39 =

    11,279.25 divided by 12 =

    £939.94 before deductions.

Can't answer the take home pay question as there are too many variables. I E Tax, NI, Pension contributions etc.

13 weeks holiday a year is nice though!
I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!

Although you might only work for 39 weeks you will get holiday pay. I work in a school for 40 weeks but get paid for 45.22 weeks. The pay is divided into 12 monthly payments so you get some money each month.
