    Sometimes you just need to take a step back, its a tough time, so problems, seem like mountains, just be sure it wont affect his business and you can survive if funds do get frozen (or lost, though unlikely if it is benefits) , if you can, carry on regardles, if not, delay, and dont be scared, just carefull;)

    were gonna pay houses direct debits due this month tomorrow while money in account which will leave virtually nothing then if acct frozen it wont matter.
  • Maybe, but an account being frozen means they wont let funds out, at least in the LLoydsTSB's case, they accept funds, no problem there, but wont let you touch them, either of you.


    Been there done that, learned the hard way;)

    So did the LTSB, though, by the time i had done:D:p

    But thats another....long story

    Thats fine, as long as your fully aware of the implications, both posted tonight, and the bigger picture re the long term implications of BR, and how it may effect your OH, and that he is ok with it. then i think you have all the info to make the correct choice.
