I think thats it though, you have to find the right balance for you
I think no spend days are good in principle, but beating yourself up over no being able to manage them is pointless0 -

For the first time this month, I have stuck to the £30 a week I allow myself for everydays spends, although yesterday was a bit hairy as it was the last day of the month and I had 5p in my purse left :eek: When I got to work, we had run out of milk so I ended up rummaging around in my coat pocket for any change and managed to find 51p :T so was able to get the milk
I feel really good that I have finally managed my money this month and not drawn out anything that was not carefully budgeted for - it's a great feeling of achievement.
Just hope I can do the same this month :rotfl:0
