    Hi fuzzy logic,
Didn't want to read and run, haven't got enough time to write the reply I wanted to as running out of time, but just to say I too have debts as result of bipolar so I know what you are going through, want to send you hugs and I will subscribe to this thread so I can write a fuller reply later- however if you want to PM me about anything please do.

I'm glad the gentleman was helpful. I guess they are used to it - with 1/4 of the population (or more) suffering from some form of mental distress at some point. I know Martin has said about the link between mental health and debt before.
I hope that your story encourages people to seek help and not suffer alone.

  • Thank you for the kind replies since my last post.
I've filled out and sent off my Experian credit report and also done my budget sheet, which left me with £1.89 per month to pay my creditors. Am waiting to hear back from the CAB to see what the next step will be and did recieve another bailiff letter but sent it to the man from the CAB, I was too worried to open it.
I do feel so much better since addressing my debt problems, just hope I'm accepted on the DRO, if not they can share the £1.89 per month between them as a pro rata payment.
Kind regards to one and all.

The guys on here can definitely help with your debts.
Can I also advise joining up to http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/forum/ if you havn't already? I'm not sure how many on there can help with bipolar disorder but they were a great help to me when I was having bad panic attacks and anxiety. It's a horrible scary situation but there's always someone willing to listen and lend any hand they can.

I joined the forum you mentioned a few days ago and there is some really kind and helpful people there, bit like this forum.
    Many thanks.
